Maybe you can add some new islands with loot. To get there, you'd have to make a boat, but 'cause vanilla crafting recipe is too cheap, make it harder

There's something so reinvigorating in the way you edit these videos, the little cuts for visual gags and bits, the different third person angles, just a lot more fun to watch then the typical constant first person POV gameplay

Sea Garbage Armor: Collect plastic bottles and weave them into armor for protection against hostile creatures on the island. Upgrade your armor by adding seashells or sharpened driftwood shards.
Trash-Infused Tools: Forge tools and weapons using scrap metal salvaged from the ocean. Combine metal scraps with wooden handles to create durable and effective tools for mining, cutting, and fighting.
Seashell Jewelry: Create beautiful jewelry using seashells and discarded fishing nets. Craft necklaces, bracelets, and earrings to boost your character's abilities or trade them with other survivors.
Message in a Bottle: Craft bottles from glass fragments and write messages to other players. Toss them into the ocean, hoping someone will find and respond to your distress call.
Raft Expansion: Improve your raft by constructing additional platforms and structures. Build a fishing net, storage compartments, and even a small garden on your expanding raft.

I agree with the first 2 lines.
Maybe you could make "Better" versions of items like "better trash bags" that have a 0.5% chance of dropping diamonds and it can drop lots more ores, or maybe add more tools so you can combat mobs that spawn down in caves. but idk, and I don't think u will see this coz there are a lot more fans out there that love your videos. ❤ love the work tho ❤

For the farm to help your collection net try and adding 2 blocks away and 1 block on the end at the top of the 2 blocks to catch the items

You could add a small hance for a villager egg and a little bigger chance for a emerald
You should make there be a chance to get a name tag from the trash bags so that you can name mobs if you get an anvil
Why not swim under the current to where it is pushing you and then go up. You'll be pushed onto your island and not die and lose anything.
