HOSSEGOR SURF SESSION (02 novembre 2022)

Surf action !
Mercredi 2 Novembre, nouvelle rentrée de houle sur HOSSEGOR...
Pendant qu'une partie de nos meilleurs surfeurs participaient au Corona Saquarema Pro au Brésil d'autres en profitaient pour scorer de bonnes cavernes à domicile.
Pas simple en début de journée de trouver le bon spot, la houle annoncée est bien là mais pas encore vraiment callée.
Ça n'est qu'en fin de matinée que tout se met enfin en place. On assiste alors a un festival de tube jusqu'à la tombée de la nuit, avec une "Nord" des grands jours !.
Revivez cette session de dingue, et rendez-vous très rapidement pour la suivante, restez connectés !

A wild day in France
Wednesday the 2nd of November a new swell hits Hossegor.... as most of our best surfers were in Brazil competing in the Saquarema Pro the rest were scoring huge caves at home.
Not an easy task to find the right spot , a clean swell but not quite doing its thing until the end of the morning when the stars aligned. Witness a full on tube fest right till dark plus La Nord in its element.

Gotta say these Euro lads are charging... I live in Australia and we have been charging for decades.. when I was in France.. Portugal..North Africa.. 40 years ago.. no one surfed and the only other surfers I encountered especially in big waves were mainly us and a smattering of Hawaiians.. we had it to ourselves and I mostly surfed alone ... discovering the beach breaks/points and occasional slabs along the coast... it was a time of true discovery/learning and introducing the local lads to the joys of surfing... I had a blast... litterly. We had good weed but these guys had shit called Durban poison... and the hashish was even better...having a puff on the old coke can Hash chillum and then paddling out at Hossegor for an epic offshore 8-10 beachy will live with me forever...

As a CZcams surfer, I say Hossegor is the best beach break of all. That includes: Puerto Escondido MX, and Ocean Beach CA.
