Does Stone Creek offer gas cooking? Yard fencing?

Unfortunately, Stone Creek does not have natural gas available. But you can fence in your backyard, as long as you get HOA approval.

Are resale home prices still inflated?

Well, I don't know that I'd call them inflated...They're still high, but like anything else, a home is worth pretty much what a buyer is willing to pay for it, and right now, we still have high buyer demand. But inventory is starting to rise, so while prices are still high right now, they aren't rising nearly as fast as they were. Sellers are having to be a bit more judicious about their pricing strategy, and some homes are starting to do price improvements, since buyers have more homes to choose from.

Can residents have there own pool at stone creek

Yes, they can, as long as the lot is large enough for the setbacks. Many of the homes in Stone Creek have pools.

HOW FAR FROM THE OCEAN/BEACH

It depends on what you're looking to do. For actual beaches, you're a little under 2 hours from Ormond Br=each, or a little over two hours to get to Clearwater Beach. If you just want to go out on the ocean, like taking the boat out to fish or go scalloping, then you can launch from Crystal River, which is only about 45 minutes away.
