I bought this for my son. A head that can play without external speakers! Perfect for taking to Grandma's when we travel due to its small size and can plug it in to a 4 x 12 cabinet to really rock out at home. The tones you can get out of this are impressive and you can refine each manually to get that exact sound you are looking for. I think it's the best bang for the buck amp out there.
I totally agree with you, that’s what I thought too when I bought it. I use the head only just for practicing, and I love the built in metronome. When I want to play loud or go jam with some other musicians I plug into my Marshall cab. Sounds killer!

@@jimmynorris1558 sadly I don’t, due to 2020 COVID my hours got cut drastically so I had to sell it to pay some bills. But it is a keeper if you like modeling amps.

LyricBoss, Yes it can be a stand alone amp. Without a cab it is 50watts and has built in speakers👍🎶🎸

@@greggriffiths9053 It’s called Puppet Master. They can get away with it cause it’s not called Master of Puppets. I believe it’s in Bank 15 B
how do i access the demo loop on my spider 240 hc?
William Stanley, you have to push the play button, then use the main rotary knob to select what you want then push the rotary knob to select then hit play again to start and stop. Use the home button to exit.
Are you using the head with your marshall cab?
I use the head by itself for bedroom level practice. But when I do an improv or I just wanna play loud, I plug it into my Marshall w/ Vintage 30’s👍
