I'm a coldplay fan and always listening to his songs. When this one came out, I was just meh to be honest but after going to his concert 2 weeks ago and having this song as his opening act, I have been addicted to it ever since. I don't know why, but I got a huge wave of nostalgia engulfing me while listening to this song...Higher Power embodies the evolution of this band; the music, the faces of my boys, the vibe clearly show it. Their happiness is so contagious that I cannot help but smile and shed some tears of joy. I cannot believe how far Coldplay went, it will forever be etched in my heart.

Before January 20, I didn't really know this song. I see it in my recommendations, but don't bother to play it! Until after the 20th when I went to my first Coldplay concert concert and this song was the opening song to Music of the Spheres. Coldplay is my favorite band. Regardless of if most people don’t like them. Other people are just crazy.
Agree man! Specifically rock n'roll fans,they see coldplay as a sell out for their mainstream success. But I don't think their opinions matters,coldplay is known for experimenting various types of music and that's what makes them special and popular. Just because they're not a rock band anymore doesn't mean they suck like what most people usually say.
