Here is Collin Sexton's full game day workout leading up to last week's game against Wheeler HS. This was a relatively light work out for the McDonald's All-American, but allows you guys an inside look into what his work ethic is like outside of the games.

smooveboy 2000 what I meant was that just having a trainer doesn't guarantee you anything. You still have to put in time by yourself, but the trainer still has to know what he or she is doing
Sydney Rosant and it doesn’t take a trainer to be a great shooter as long as you have a form that’s comfortable and are willing to shoot a lot of shots

Repetition.... The more you use your legs, the stronger they get.... If dunking is a goal of yours then you should be trying to dunk everyday.... Your body will eventually adapt....IF you're practicing good mechanics

swagger1930 it actually is hard, I live a 30 min drive from the town, because I live in the country; where the only gym is the school-which I can't use. both my parent are always working. We still make nothing so we can't afford to drive anywhere or buy a basketball hoop. And please don't say "how are u on a phone then?" I am at my school library. Just because you are privileged doesn't mean anyone can just go to a gym and play basketball.
