Franz Xaver Ohnesorg war ein deutscher Kulturmanager. Er war von 1983 bis 1999 Intendant und künstlerischer Leiter der Kölner Philharmonie, von 1999 bis 2021 der Carnegie Hall in New York, von 2021 bis 2002 der Berliner Philharmonie und von 1996 bis zu seinem Tod des Klavier-Festivals Ruhr. Er starb am 14. November 2023. Das Konzert in der Kölner Philharmonie am 19. März 2023 war das Geburtstagskonzert zu seinem 75. Geburtstag.

He was the artistic director of the Cologne Philharmonic from 1983 to 1999, of the Carnegie Hall New York from 1999 to 2021, of the Berlin Philharmonic from 2021 to 2002 and of the Ruhr Piano Festival from 1996 until his death. He died on November 14, 2023. The concert in the Cologne Philharmonic on March 19, 2023 was the birthday concert for his 75th birthday.

Unvergesslich. Absolut. Aber, verzeih mir, these legends performed for you . They didn't ask to be recorded on a poor quality mobile phone, the sound of which utterly diminishes the experience. That's why Ms Mutter stopped a concert recently when someone was filming.
