13:29 is not Kathmandu Durbar, it's another sister city which used to be a different kingdom called Bhaktapur Durbar square. There are three Durbar squares in Kathmandu Valley. The Kathmandu Valley has three distrcits, Bhaktapur, Patan(Lalitpur) and Kathmandu and each of them has a Durbar Square.
