Mooie video weer. Ik ben mijn tz gaan behandelen alsof we niet in separatie zijn. Ik laat hem leuke dingen weten zoals ik altijd zou doen. Ik wil de angst om te communiceren met collega’s doorbreken door me vrij te voelen om te communiceren met wie ik wil. Resultaat: hij leest ze, nam een brownie van me aan, komt naar iets dat ik organiseer. Naar mij communiceren met woorden doet hij niet. Dat is ok. Ik ben actief en besloten in mei mijn praktijk pijnreset te starten waar ik maanden tegenaan hik. Ik ben er klaar voor!
