I remember from my days of middle east, watching 20 years old program of ali salman named "ye apki life hay". I think it was on indus tv i am not sure, i am seeing him here now since that program.
The anchor person was under the impression that he is going through the selection process for BBC or CNN.

Ministry of Efficiency and Human Development will be established. All MBAs and management gurus will be in there. Shabbar Sahab, I assure you, all up to date modern management practices will be implemented in all government departments. There will be clear roles and segregation of duties and no one will interfere in each other’s affairs. There will be a complete revamp in Islamabad and in all bureaucracies. And I personally will introduce all standards of good governance and top level management functions.

Pindi walay hi Islamabad walon ko chalaa rahay hain......they are one and the same. Pindi walay videos aur audios record kar ke ISB walon ko line mein rakhtay hain. So that they work according to the script written in Pindi.
