Man, his time in Sacramento Kings was just awesome, his shooting was flawless. One of the best shooting guards of all time.
Real shit. He was just unreal
You prolly dont care at all but does any of you know a trick to log back into an Instagram account??

My first real life hero, I remember watching him when i was a kid. Every-time I go to a Kings game I rep his Jersey. I love you Mitch, thank you for inspiring me and fighting for Sacramento!
Run TMC....those were the days...
Love the Warriors on those days!Awesome Team!
I like how Mitch shouted out Tim Hardaway. They need to quit blackballing Tim and put him in the HOF along with the rest of Run TMC
Congrats Mitch. I'm glad you made it to the Hall much deserved, but I'm more happy that you went in with a Championship with the LA Lakers.
Mitch Richmond is the man!
Mitch Richmond is one of the best shooting guards ever played the game! One step down from Jordan! I remember him playing fantastic games! I was a big fan of him! All my friends loved M.J but i was always a supporter of Dominique and Mitch!!!
Yo where you from bro?
Σωστός ο φίλος, τρομερός σουτέρ και λίγο υποτιμημένος. Ελλαδάρα ρεεεεε
From Greece
Lol !!!!!
@@TrubosslinieI was late for about 2 years to answear you. Sorry bro. I am from Thessaloniki - Greece. We know a lot about basketball!
Mitch was a monster. Underrated to the max. He played the game and played it with class.
Great basketball player and even better human being. Congrats Mitch Richmond!
Mitch Richmond....👏👏👏 The man could do it ALL on the floor and embodied the meaning of class and humility. Right up there talent wise with Mike and Scottie and worked his butt off to get there. One of the purest shooters in basketball history that I would put up there with Bird, Miller, and Curry. Couldn't think of anybody more worthy of the HOF honors. 🏀 💯💪
Shout out to BIRD -- especially when another inductee says his grandmomma preferred Him over her own grandson.
Class act.
man he was lethal that jump shot!!
I'm glad this man won a ring
Mitch The Rock Richmond!!!
Mitch was Jordans favorite player. I got to see Mitch play in like 96 in my teens. Honestly I was a believer at that game. He was the best NBA player I've ever seen play to this day. I never got to see Mike though.
I remember Jordan co-signing Mitch Richmond
What kind of nonsense post is this ? Never seen Michael play?
Mitch Rich was sooooooo good
Great, great player !!!
Congratulations Mitch !!!
I always loved mitch although hes not that famous here in the philippines... but sports experts in the philippines always see mitch as the next best 2guard after mj.... well deserved
john cal cap
Seems that phillipines sports experts are either retarded or have never watched Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, James Harden, Clyde Drexler.
Thank you forever and for bien part of my sacramento KINGS we miss you mich
What an awesome player
Don't we all just love Mitch
My favorite player as a kid the reason I became a King's fan
Wow, I had no idea Mitch was in!
Me either!😧

Shows just how watered-down Halls of Fame have become. I think Mullin’s in, too. I’m trying to figure out/remember exactly when Halls of Fame - not just the Naismith - went from housing only the undeniable best of the best and clear-cut all-time greats who dominated their era, to opening the doors to players who were just really good and/or hung around forever padding their stats. Richmond and Mullin were both really good during their careers, but let’s not confuse them with the true giants of the sport. GSW HoF’rs, sure. But, they don’t belong in the Naismith. You can’t convince me that at any point in either of their careers someone said out loud nor to themselves after watching them play: “there goes one of the all-time greats of the game.”
If you’re unsure or unaware if a player is in the Hall, or are in genuine shock and awe after finding out that they are, they probably shouldn’t be in there.
Jordan, Oscar Robertson, Mitch Richmond, Clyde Drexler and Kobe. The Mount Rushmore of 2 guards.
@@Fernando-fr5cu Everyone’s entitled to an opinion. Respond only if you’re looking for an argument, like most people online are.
@@Fakename70 largely agree. Many very good, not truly great players are in & keep getting in.
I love you mich you're the best
Great shooter.....
Warriors were stupid for trading him.
Yes they were, but the greatest part about that is he's a HOF and also got a ring as well as NBA All Star MVP
Run TMC should have lasted a little longer!
You the man Mitch
class act right there.
Run TMC.... Memories
I was in Arco arena in Sacramento opening night... when they announced Billy Owens would not be playing for the Kings... and that we'd be acquiring Mitch. There was so much hype at the time around Owens being the next great passing big man a la Magic that the crowed was stunned. I turned to my friend and told him that's a great trade... Mitch is one of the best in the game; but even I didn't realize just how much he'd mean to the Kings going forward. One of the best to ever do it... in every way. He played the game right.
Will always be a baller Go Kings
I'll say it, from Chris Mullin, and Mitch Richmond officially get inducted in the Hall-of-Fame, it's time for Tim Hardaway to formally get inducted. He has a bit of controversy due to some hurtful comments he made many years ago, but I think we are all a forgiving society. Tim Hardaway has the numbers to get in. And he will always be remembered for his iconic Killer Cross-Over. Or UTEP-2-Step. If Dikembe Mutombo is can be remembered for his finger wagging blocks, it's easy to recognize what Hardaway has done for the game of basketball.
Tim Hardaway didn't say anything weird. What he said shouldn't keep him from the hall of fame even if it was awful.
VERY Underrated player
WOW . WHAT A SPEECH . WHAT A PLAYER . WHAT HUMILITY . WHAT A CLASS ACT .>🎤
Money manking Mitch!
My guy here "The Rock" you earn this award.
Dan dude, next time u should upload the highlights that they show before being introduced too

"keep an eye on the Kings this season, we gonna surprise some ppl"
Kings record in 2014: 28-54 :P
but i love Mitch, 1 of the greatest players of his era
Would Mitch Richmond ever say "Time out Baby"?
My 2nd jersey was a black Kings Mitch Richmond #2. The first was a Penny Hardaway, Orlando, white. But the best one i had was a Mookie Blaylock, Hawks, black. That Blaylock jersey was beautiful. I miss it. Everybody wanted it
Jim Polk was my 8th Grade Science teacher and Baseball Coach we lost to Rickards in the championship Bottom of the 15th inning. All he ever did was talk about Mitch..

how lucky some inducted to hall of fame and others are unfortunately not being inducted.. there are so many players that has given name in the NBA but only few surpass the silver lining
Man I'm lame.....congrats Mitch
Broward County 954 Lauderdale 👀🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 yoooooo
I hate they don't give Rock the props he deserves! MJ know what time it is. If he would have been traded to the Supersonics with Gary and Shawn he would have gotten a championship.
fort lauderdale represent
shawn kemp should be there already!! i'm just saying
Yup! Him and Tim Harday
I disagree with Kemp...
The day the hall of fame started taking in anybody and everybody.
What do you mean?
@@vdLeo-je6os They started taking in guys that weren't really greats and never accomplished anything exceptional in the league. This guy basically got in because he was on a team that was good on offense and popular.
@@dimitrijetucovic1307 And you think that Mitch Richmond is one of those?
@@dimitrijetucovic1307 He was a six-time All-Star, a five-time All-NBA Team member, an All-Star MVP, and a former Rookie of the Year. He was an excellent outside shooter and a strong defender who spent most of his career on a bad team. Its not his fault that Kings never won a championship. He gave everything he had but basketball is a team sport as you know my friend.
@@vdLeo-je6os Guess what, so was Shawn Kemp. So was Shawn Marion, Chauncey Billups. None of those guys belong in the hall of fame. It's about great players, not good players.
I stopped watching nba when these guys stopped playing so yea the 90s I guess
run TMC lol
they forgot tim hardaway chris webber latrell sprewell larry johnson mark price kevin johnson dan majerle ...
Fadila Himeur latrell sprewell? I dont think he should make it
@@hendrikfullgraf1031 he deserved it
If they only kept TMC together. Mitch was stuck on garbage teams his whole career.
officialfan.proboards.com/thread/581256/harold-baines-johnny-rodz-hofs
Even with that being the case, it's still impossible to justify Mitch Richmond's candidacy. He had a forgettable college career; he never was first-team All-NBA; he never averaged more than 25 points per game, 6 rebounds per game, or 5 assists per game; he didn't make the Dream Team even though it was during his prime; and he was traded twice during his peak years. You can't even point to his six All-Star Game appearances, as that figure is watered down when you realize that Joe Johnson has seven All-Star appearances to his name.
A 14 year nba career and you played in the playoffs 4 times. 10x you did not make the playoffs. Why is Tim Hardaway not in the hof?
