Sure, -2 degrees is pants and sweater kind of weather. Idk about you but i wouldn't classify something as cold unless i need to use actual winter clothes to combat the temperature. Just like i wouldn't say something is hot if i could wear pants and a sweater and be fine. -20 is cold because at that temperature i start struggling to do my workouts outside and my body heat isnt enough but i'd argue -10 is when it gets cold because that's when i want to put on a winter jacket. How cold something is perceived also has a lot of factors. I could sit outside in the sun in -2 weather if the wind was still in t-shirt and shorts which i often do when i go skiing and it's nice weather but would need a wind resistant jacket if it was really windy to feel comfortable. So yeah for most people who live in countries where you regularly get -25 degrees -2 wouldnt be considered cold. I start thinking it's hot at around 20 degrees and i'm sure countries who get much higher temps wouldn't consider that hot. Though recently my country has recently regularly had +30 degree summers and those just kill me.
Even me who is used to -2 Celsius and colder during winter times think that it's cold. when you have to wear gloves/ hat/ jacket etc. then i consider it cold

@@Memu_ you need a winter coat for that shit... if our bodies literally fall under 95 F we can go into hypothermia. And yes i experience 20 F all the time I'm just not so dumb as to think it's warm. Maybe warm for 250 lb people. I'm 5'11 only 145 lbs. I don't have enough fat for natural insolation
@@tonerc.8191 There's a reason I said "for us" I come from Finland where winter can get as cold as -20°C which is about -2°F I think. That's why -2°C is really nothing.
