Laziness has nothing to do with this i don’t know if you are just saying that because you have been bless with a job or out of the country for thats comment, but unemployment is very high. I have a friend who left Canada after collage relocate to Ghana and its been 8 years and he hasn’t found any meaningful work. I can count 10 family and friends who also have completed universities in Ghana from UST, UG who cant find work.

Put good immigration policies to curb this problem
These are all associated with high unemployment. Which contributes to stress, depression and other physiological issues.
