Hi! I'd like to know where I can find that deviced used for making the tucks. It appears on minute 4:36, due to we're working manually. Thanxs
It's called a ruffle foot or tucking foot. Most machines offer this as an addiitional attachment you can purchase. You have to sew slowly with it, beware. Hope this helps.
what type of tulle did u use
Beanie.Girl stilone
I'm confused as to how many "strips" of the 11.5", 10.5", etc you cut for each tutu?
Not sure if this is still helpful, but it's each time 5 cuts per tutu layer, I believe the reason she sais 8 bundles, it's because she'll make 8 tutus.
k scott it one per layer, so each layer is one inch shorter than the last.
She cut 5 strips of 11.5 & 10.5 inch then went down to 4 strips for 9.5 and under. Top two layers need more strips to look fuller.
@@sewitseams5632 so it went down to 3.5" for the smallest layer?
Angel Garvey yes
what is this fabric?
Not enough tulle on each layer. The layers when sewn on are too translucent.
I disagree, once all 9 layers are on I think it looks great!
