If this is the track off the cd, you know it has to be remixed. I read somewhere some years ago that slash redid some of his guitar parts in the studio & Axl redid some vocal tracks in the studio as well.

In my opinion, the note Axl hits at 04:13 is one of the most difficult notes he's ever tried, on the studio version and also live. It hurts my throat jusf of listening 😆

It's not a scream, it's kinda like a grunt, hard to say. I'm not saying it's the hardest one, but one of them. Try to make it exactly the way it is recorded, it's insane

This is definitely NOT Chicago 1992. Video of the Chicago performance is widely available on YT. If you listen/watch their performance of 'Coma' in Chicago, you can hear (and see) Slash break a string during the 2nd guitar solo. He plays the last half of the song without the high E string. Slash improvises as best he can with 5 strings but it is very different from the studio version & this performance recorded in Omaha, 1993.
I rate this Omaha performance from 1993 the best live version of 'Coma' that GnR ever recorded.
