  • well here we are again with another wonderful dish
this is going to be a pineapple sweet and sour pork
okay one of the things that you can do
we have right here we have tomato sauce
you can also use tomato paste
we have some peppers the red onion ginger
green onion and of course a beautiful pineapple
and a nice pork tenderloin to make it out of
so I'm excited to see how this turns out here we go
Cut a small pieces of onion
    Cut two peppers in half
Cut a green onion and ginger
Cut the pork into slices first then cut it into cubes
Place pork to cold water soak
Cut pineapple in half I will only use half
Cut the edges of the pineapple a little deeper
But not all the way through
Cut the middle part of the pineapple deeper
Use a spoon to lift the middle part
The whole pineapple core was taken out
    Cut pieces
    Add salt to cold water
Add pineapple to boiling water 1 mins
Remove to a bowl and set aside
Add a tablespoon of cooking wine
    Add salt
Add half teaspoon of white pepper
    Add green onion and ginger
    Grasp it evenly with hands
    Marinate for 5 minutes
After 5 mins pick out the green onion and ginger
Add 10 tablespoon of potato starch
Add water little by little to ensure every piece of pork is coated with starch
    well would you like it
    Add oil
    okay all right
    make sure the every meat
all of it is completely coated yeah
yeah you see good then you can fry
    hmm looks good
    yeah
    I 'm excited
    need fry two times twice
    Double fry
    Turn on high heat
    Fry second time 40 seconds
Add tomato sauce to little oil
    Add white vinegar
    Add white vinegar
Add sugar (I use two tablespoons of sugar substitute instead of white sugar)
Sweet and sour sauce the ratio of sugar to vinegar is 1:1
When the sauce thicken the pork is ready to add
    Turn off heat
    That'cool
    oh the pineapple is great
use the potato starch is better
than corn starch cornstarch is not very hard when you fry
    use splendor that's good
    and you can't even tell
because I don't need the sugar
    good
    splendors are great
    See you next time
