The first shot was kinda strange at 5:20. I dont know if it was a ricochet or a grassy knoll shot but there is a significant delay from fire to the impact you see in the middle of the board. it looks to me like it hit on the left edge and then a second later a center hit and an edit and then a close up on target.
You can set a trap with this, it could shoot when someone opens a door, or it could shoot a mouse...

I'd use wing nuts vs the allen screws. Then, no allen wrench needed. Just makes life a little simpler. Got one of these guys arriving soon, so I'll play with it then. Will also use an electrical (battery powered) solenoid to "pull" the trigger, by remote wiring and simple push-button switch. Very simple to do. Of course, I'm a retired B.S.E.E. Dang! Good luck!

Shoot a steel bb .177 cal. Lighter and does not deform so real good punch thru power!

Well I'm 73 years old and whenever I was like about 10 or 11 my dad made me a BB Cannon and we shot the black gunpowder in it and it went from that to bigger to bigger so now that I'm in my 60s I developed a 40 mm very heavy tow it behind a car and but it's expensive to shoot with black powder is very powerful and very loud and it's fired with a lanyard and magnum rifle primers never been a misfire

Scott Coulter yah if its a hard target like metal but a bb would just ricochet and pellets are more accurate and more powerful

Calling them guns is more accurate then you would think. Back on old sailing ships they referred to them as guns, because there were many types and one was called cannon. So calling them all cannons would be confusing at times.

Not all primers are alike,
Some are much more powerful then others,
You can find charts showing the difference,
Just like a pistol primer
Is not as hot as a rifle primer.

Shot shell primers are center fire so the pin hits the center. If it was bored out to hold 22 rim fire it would need to have a rim fire pin...so yes it could be done.
