Fascinating - I still think Amir could have won if the staging was better - Ukraine's staging was pretty stellar. Look at how well Lithuania did with great staging on a song that few thought would do well.

The epic moment of the night was Frans' (sweden) performance - i mean all the crowd singing along n non-stop clapping to the end - was my winner n imo couldve won if sweden hadnt won so much in these last few years but still happy with top 5 ( they did it again)

Hungary was 4th in the semi-final but 19th overall, so sad finding that out as that was my winner last year and Bulgaria going from 5th in semi to 4th in final well done.
This project took me months. If you look on my channel you can see I made an update video for each 100 voters. Voters were people voting on my videos and I took top 10 from people's tops on YT (mostly top 43/42). Each voter gave their top 10 point ESC style. Each user could only vote once, so we kept a databse. Most info you can find in the description of a video called "Eurovision 2016: 1000 CZcams Tops" which was the final video and which this is all compared with. Hope I wrote it clear enough.
My 4 favorites managed to qualify and make decent placings! Ukraine - 1st | France - 6th | Israel - 14th | Austria - 13th | Also Lithuania...? Okay... Poland... Ohmygosh... 222 televoting.. No clear winner this year... reasons for the scattered voting..

I think France should have won, I don't like many results, my opinion is very different. Spain should have been so much higher... Predictions were good... Kisses from Spain.

I compare the final ranking with my ranking, which is not a prediction but my personal opinion. This ranking was made after the first live performance. Some of the songs got a very different ranking from my first ranking (after the publication of the songs). Estonia: -4. I never liked it and this songs already did a -6 from my previous ranking. Switzerland: -31!!!! It was 8th before the live performances. Moldova: -21!!! I still don't understand why so few people like this song. Denmark: -8. Quite close for this one. Greece: -9. I don't like it but there are songs I dislike more. Albania: -19!! The last live version was far better than the first one, it deserved a better result. Ireland: +1. I nearly got it ;) Finland: -12. Same as Greece. Iceland: -18!! But it was 35th in my first ranking. Slovenia: -19!!! Exactly like Moldova. The first version of this song was 11th. Montenegro: +9. Exactly the average YT ranking. Remember that only contestant of the specific semi-finale is allowed to vote. It doesn't represent the rest of Europe.
I think the You Tube Community and the Eurovision You Tubers must give their points instead of the jury. It would be so much better.

I compare the final ranking with my ranking, which is not a prediction but my personal opinion. This ranking was made after the first live performance. Some of the songs got a very different ranking from my first ranking (after the publication of the songs).
Estonia: -4. I never liked it and this songs already did a -6 from my previous ranking.
Switzerland: -31!!!! It was 8th before the live performances.
Moldova: -21!!! I still don't understand why so few people like this song.
Denmark: -8. Quite close for this one.
Greece: -9. I don't like it but there are songs I dislike more.
Albania: -19!! The last live version was far better than the first one, it deserved a better result.
Ireland: +1. I nearly got it ;)
Finland: -12. Same as Greece.
Iceland: -18!! But it was 35th in my first ranking.
Slovenia: -19!!! Exactly like Moldova. The first version of this song was 11th.
Montenegro: +9. Exactly the average YT ranking.
Norway: -16. Agnete was 6th in my first ranking.
San Marino: -6. It was last in my first ranking but the final version is much better.
Belarus: +13. Nothing more to say. I just wanna forget this.
Macedonia: -23!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Televoters just suck. :( I love Kaliopi's soprano voice!
Bosnia/Herzegovina: -14. The last version was the best. It deserved the final.
Germany: -9. Germany was 9th in my final ranking but I got boried about this song.
Czech Republic: -13. The video was 5th in my first ranking but the live version wasn't as good.
UK: +12. No comment....
Croatia: +17. Yes, "+". I like her voice when she sings in Croatian but her English sounds awful for me.
Spain: -20!!! Another great Spanish song with a creepy result.
Cyprus: +12. This song is just noise for me.
Georgia: +1. But it was 42nd/43 of my first ranking. The final version was far much better.
Hungary: +16. I don't understand why people like it.
Serbia: -11. This song was 13th in my fist ranking.
Azerbaijan: -14!!! This song was one of my big favorites, even if the live version wasn't as good as the video.
Italy: -10. The Sanremo version was far better but unfortunately too long for ESC and the cut made it worse. I still regret that Annalisa hasn't won at Sanremo, she could have done something really great.
Latvia: +24!!!!!!!!! N-O C-O-M-M-E-N-T.
Israel: +11. So boooorinng....
Austria: -9. Another song from my big favorites. I like the lyrics very much.
Malta: -4. The live version was better than the video.
Netherlands: +21. I love country music but sorry, ManuElla was 100 times better. And the Common Linnets one million times.
Belgium: +10. The last version was far better.
Lithuania: +25!!!!!!!!!!!! N-O C-O-M-M-E-N-T
Poland: +20!!!!!!!!!!! I H-A-T-E T-E-L-E-V-O-T-E-R-S
Armenia: +2. The song made a huge jump of 17 ranks from my first ranking.
France: +24!!!!!!!! I was really afraid that this song could win because I'm French and I would had to afford it on the radio for years....
Sweden: +17!!! Almost the average YT ranking for me.
Bulgaria: +7. Good song but I liked more the previous song of Poli Genova at ESC.
Russia: +23!!!!!!!!!! N-O C-O-M-M-E-N-T
Australia: -1 :((((((( She became one of my big favorites when I saw that she had been chosen. I've been following her since The Voice Australia so I knew that whatever the song would be, she could do something GREAT in a live performance. And even if some CZcamsrs said the video was "so so" I knew that a warrior like Dami Im was able to unleash the tiger on stage. She deserved to win and nothing else, exactly like Polina Gagarina in 2015.
