* 1 cup buttermilk
* 1 egg
* 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
* ½ cup water
* 1 ½ cup flour (190g)
* 2 tablespoons sugar (27g) 20g
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* ½ teaspoon baking soda
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How to make buttermilk:
1 cup of milk( you can use powered milk mixed with water)
1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice.

I think any other fruit of your choice, you can add chocolate, dry fruits. Be creative 😊
