Hi Suzanne, I so relate to what you say at the start of this video !! It’s the bane of being a creative on CZcams - I wish I had an answer! I love your work, and I want to mention your channel and your work on a video on my channel as I’m sure loads of people will hop over to check you out! Is that okay, and I am thinking of using one of your vases of flowers as inspiration for a tutorial? It’s bound to encourage people to subscribe to you too! Also I’m the same with sketchbooks. I have only started to use the concept of a completed sketchbook recently because it’s on trend. Before, I used sketchbooks for preliminary sketches, duh, but now they are their own art form, which is really challenging my brain!!! Hi Suzanne🤗🥰 OH, I discovered a cheap alternative to acrylic gouache. Arteza craft paint. It is matte and pretty good color.

I have like 20 sketchbooks. Maybe 40. I rarely start at the beginning. I rarely finish them. The only one with themes were from your classes.

Where did you first start taking class from? Was there someone who sparked your interest? I know you utilize skill share but wasn’t sure, like yourself for me, if there was someone that definitely made the interest come alive for you.
Great question! I’ve been inspired and still am by so many artists. I can’t remember who taught my first classes I took but there have been a whole lot!
Do you scan your own work? I bought a scanner to scan my work and illustrations for children’s book work.
