I hit emerald this season after meeting and exceeding my goal of Plat. As a top lane main, I do struggle with tracking jungler pathing and game sense with how focused I am on winning my lane, especially on lane-intensive matchups with the carry champs I play. Great tips!
Been playing on an emerald account not doing too bad I actually enjoy the skillevel of these players a lot more than what im used to. Everything they do makes more sense and I dont get baited less often by terrible fights.
Are you serious? , yesterday i had a game where we see shaco starting raptorts and see him do red, then i proceed to ping my bot lane retreat and ping enemy krugs, 3 seconds later they take a trade and shaco doublekills them, and after they question mark ping me
Tl;dw: actually learn how to play the game instead of spamming your single champ no matter what no matter where without understanding of waves,matchups,itemization and runes efficiency, what your team needs and jungle clears and tracking. Do this and with same mechanical skill you get d2 then to climb higher you'll gonna have to learn how to deal with the game when you are countered and all of that champions specific knowledge that can only be known by watching or playing a lot of a specific champion
One thing to point out that I noticed in your video is when you were talking about split pushing. You mentioned how it was concerning that your team couldn't get baron faster, and it was so close. However they got it as fast as they actually could, I'm looking at the map where you ping and baron wasn't even spawned yet.
I wish I my camera was panned over, but I thought Ezeral and Senna kept backing off it so many times for no reason when they could've just mowed it down.
Yeah I just soared through plat4-plat1 50 games on aatrox 67% wr… I have 250k mastery and I understand runes items and matchups very well. Hit emerald 4 and now 30% wr. Player in chat said “you care too much.” So many disgusting inters
if you dont know the limits of your champion enough to maintain 4.5kda its still not gonna be enough to climb out of emerald like its a good tip for new players but currently its only possible for me to lose with 2 deaths per min on my team while i maintain 4 plus kda 2 or more deaths per min or afks are the only thing keeping me in emerald im going video to video looking for somone to give me an answer on this i got skill capped but that trash is an absalute scam and is only good for players gold 4 an below also they dont give money back at least not to me goodluck guys
3:16 Adc should never be alone on river. This means you go with Darius. Adc never gets helped. Adc needs to orient themselves so that enemy use everything on your team then you come and save the day. You are good but remember adc and rivers don't mix well.
Really feel #5. Sitting on ~60% wr in emerald 4 with terrible mmr, would have dropped out if I gave up on games where team fell behind early or I screwed up and died etc etc. But man, playing ranked can feel awful when 2 wins = 1 loss :/
If you’re constantly looking for waves to improve, you’ll slowly get better once it clicks. It’s like any sport. My friend who was silver last year finally climbed to Plat and his gameplay is improving immensely. The hardest thing is decision making and seeing opportunities, but once you improve to the point where you can just sweep silver - Diamond players without thought, that’s only when improvement slows down immensely.
i peaked at emerald 2 25lp and ever since then ive been questioning my ability and knowledge about this game LMAO. dropped to p2 75lp. made it back to emerald 4. dropped back to plat 1. back into emerald 4. from 60% winrate to 50% back to 53% its very tough on my mental :(. im literally gaining +18 and losing -28 up to -30. pray for me cause even the 2 mental booming supports i reported on stream in twitter dms to riot support didnt get banned when i linked proof to the vod.

Well riot has a really stupid MMR system, i cant get out of gold because every game i have 9 emerald 1 and 2's, so im technically playing in emerald BUT TO REACH EMERALD I HAVE TO PLAY THE RANK 3 TIMES
There is a huge signficant jump from plat to Emerald in skill level, so I would honestly keep practicing or watch videos on how to improve! *cough cough* ;). Or you can just watch your favorite streamer or do VOD reviews and work out how you could've played better.
@@lufa7886 in my experience I can’t seem to fix it. The only time I ever gained more LP winning than losing was when I got into Diamond winning +15 LP and losing -28 from Emerald. That’s when I started winning +22 but still losing -28. I believe riot is changing something about ranked next season to combat this. So unfortunately, there is no solution besides a new account or waiting until season ends :(
You have your point of view as ADC (im sup D2) you see your sup not pathing with your for reasons good or bad, and you say he should have path with you but i often say why is my godamn adc decide he is not a toddler anymore and act like he can think and move by himself, just walk with me instead of getting catch solo and saying the sup should have accompany you xD
The difference is supports are playing to do not gain any advantage bot lane which consequently leads to coinflipping who has a better team vs if they followed and took initiative, we could win bot lane and carry the game.
@@Dillerus ngl i dont hate all adc but i usually duo with a mid/jungle so i can skirmish as much as possible early i grew go despise adc in general cuz either too much ego but cant manage the lane like the basic 3 wave stack push and cheat recall or basic freeze they just put every auto they have in their body on the lane xD so weird sometimes just have to chill scale or wait jungle or punish a bad wave management
I think if riot has an algorithm to detect inters, trols, and ppl insulting in chat they should take a look about why my bot lanes die more then 20 times in less than 15 minutes. I shouldnt lose the same LPs. It is unfair because if you are good but your hardstucked mindsick extra chromosomic bot lane decided to suicide every minute even faker couldnt carry a game like this

As long as you’re winning lane, you’ll pick it up over time. It’s sounds like you’re doing great already though!
Try out jungle for a few games, partterns will emerge and you will know how to read jungle ganks more easily

This elo feels impossible to climb because of how toxic people are, that's about it. Yhe mental boom that happens in every matchup is insane.
