Ive never ever been able to do splits, however today I actually touched the floor completely on my left side and I was even able fold foward and pull myself closer into my leg!!! (I cant do splits but I can bend over completely)
This was a great morning! 😁 Only a month into the New Year and i’m about to knock off one of my many resolutions! 😎
A no standing class - everything on the floor, Yin-type class of long holds. Something for the end of the day when you're too tired to do a vinyasa type class but still want to unwind.

This Practice is extremely effective.
Unfortunately I have a painful contracture in the femoral biceps of my left leg which has greatly limited me in achieving the split on that side.
However, with the other leg I managed to do an excellent job.
You are really good at driving during the flow.
