Hello good review, how to tell whether over doing hip rotation with the tech toc?
Nice work.👍It would be great to GoPro underwater film swimmer before and with TechToc to see change 🙏🏻 I am sure I am not initiating my rotation from Hips like many un-coached Newbies .
I feel like i wouldn't be able to use this during practices but I'm going to get this then use is whenever i work out by myself. it seems really cool!

I'm 33 years old and just started swimming again after about 9 years out of the water. I usually just swim freestyle for a mile or so which takes about 35 minutes. I want to start exploring new strokes and methods for swimming, but I don't really have the time and money to go to a professional for tips and drills to make me a better swimmer. What would you suggest I do to start finding the confidence to explore new strokes?
That’s so awesome!! For starting on strokes, I’d recommend backstroke as a first step as it’s the next most simple stroke. Breaststroke would be after that, as most people can get the basic form of it down even if the timing isn’t perfect. Butterfly is just a completely different stroke... it takes a lot of strength and stamina, but you also have to have the timing down for it to flow correctly. I would recommend just starting out with butterfly doing one-arm so you can mess with your timing with dying😂 Backstroke and breaststroke would be great to work on, though!! Thank you!! I use shellac/gel and I do it at home with an LED light and shellac polish from amazon. So much cheaper than going to a salon!🤗

well it's an indoorsport. I think the easiest would be to Google it 😅 but for short: I guess you could say it is kind of like soccer but indoors with less people (6+goalie for each team) on a smaller field with smaller goals. And you are only allowed to touch the ball with your hands.

Do you think you could try this strap with the resistance trainer you did the video with? Since that strap was too big and this one seems to be working. Just wondering because I'm wanting to get both.
Well, it wasn’t the strap that was too big, it was the fins themselves. They were too tall for my waist so they dug into my ribs and hips bones. :)
