There is a builder who has taken over a stuck project wherein 13 floors are built up with brick method. However, to complete the project in time they have adopted to prepare remaining 18 floors with Mivan. Is there any disadvantage w.r.t structural stability and durability?

Landownership will be transferred to RWA once it is established.
Govt gives subsidiaries to builders by waving EDC/IDC charges and FAR etc.
