This year i had bought a camping + fullmadness ticket to Tomorrowland 2022. I filmed it again with the same smartphone 3 years ago. My third time i go to the festival but the first time at the camping Dreamville. Unlike Montagoe area as an example, i don't have access so i only filmed it where i can.

Literally every inch is so beautifully designed! It's mind blowing. I mean, even the trash bins are beautiful 🤩
So stoked that this whole thing has gone from "ravers" listening to "techno" in abandoned warehouses to this.
Respect for all the people that put this monster of a event together.
Duncan Stutterheim, his wife and his team, it started with Thunderdome and Mysteryland back in the days and they where already cool, though not so professional as now.
600.000 people for 2022, it brought the region over 100 million € in 2019 and gives 15.000 a employment.
Hail to the mayor of that town in Belgium.

The thoughtfulness and organization that is shown is a thing of beauty. Everything is well laid out and planned, all the pathways have wooden flooring, trash areas are clearly marked and abundant, the camping area is a well prepped, nicely mowed, flat field, which is a very welcome feature to anyone who's slept on rocky or uneven campgrounds. The planning of this festival really is top notch, they legit build an entire city for people to party in for almost a whole month.
Just watched your 2019 walkthrough, to get some reference for what I saw in person this year. They made so many changes, most of them in the details though. They re-used a bunch of stages (which is more than fine, given how expensive designing something new every year must be), but the stairway at the main stage, the entire *house* they plopped down for the dreamville entrance, and the waterfall in front of the freedom stage are gigantic additions. I also didn't realize just how big this year's main stage was; The arches on the right, that you go under were never there before, they never had a stage this big and tall.
Thanks for being up early, and doing an entire walkthrough, I know I wasn't up at that time because of the party on thursday haha

I did walk 16 kilometers per day between the festival and Magnificient Green in Dreamville !!
I think thats quite normal if you think that from the festival to magnificent greens is 2km

Thank you for showing us the festival-area. It's a big dream for me to go there. But I'm only 18 years old and I don't have any friends who celebrate and live EDM like I do. EDM is my religion, my life and Tomorrowland is the Mecca for it. Thanks for showing us the area :)
Some people like to go themself just to experience the festival. Take the chance if you got the ticket. I also went alone but not comparing to you because i met people who goes there too one day. on camping, i was on my own :)

Guys, I am a female from the US and I went alone. If you wait for people in order to do things in life you will be waiting forever. The place is amazing and so big. EDM music heaven. Go.....Trust me you won't be alone....

It is absolutely my dream to go there. The time, effort and money tomorrowland spent in this is absolutely insane. Once I find friends that are into EDM as much as I am, I will go there.
You could definitely go yourself like many of us did and you will definitely meet new people. And with or without friends, it's going to be a magical experience either way for you :)

You can always go on your own - you'll meet new people, that's not a promise, that's a fact. Made new friends within hours of being there. Everyone's there to party, chill, and meet new ppl. If you don't know ppl that are into EDM right now, you'll know some after Tomorrowland.
I went on my own for W3 last month and had the time of my life. You'll love it!

The main stage looks big on the live stream but the view just standing in front of it looks absolutely massive
Believe me, all TML videos on CZcams don't do it justice. To experience this in real life is something else. You HAVE to see it in person. It's mind-blowing!

Also fun sidenote that a lot of stages look kinda random cause the (special)effects aren’t in function yet since it’s the start of the day.. 🤣 like.. never saw the fountains fully off at the crystal garden (besides the one at the background)

What time did you get at the camping? If you go late at Thursday all good places will be gone?
It's not about good places are gone. You just have enough time to explore at Dreamville. There are still some empty spots to place your tents. I was arrived about 10am - 10:30am
Holy smolies! I now see that Tomorrowland is by far the biggest electronic dance music festival in the entire world! It really is way bigger than EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival) and Awakenings put together! I would get lost if I went so I'd rather enjoy it watching it on CZcams on my large flat screen tv in my bedroom.
You don't get lost in that festival. When i go for the first time, i just explore the festival and after an hour, you know where to go. There's a map too on the whole festival area.

Slowly turn the camera, you need a tripod. There is fierce turning, over especially past the hour mark. You appear to have got too excited. Try using the zoom function.
Crazy amounts of money & organisation needed for such a festival.
I used a stick for my smartphone than can also use as a tripod. I walked very normal, not excited. Allready on for video stability but this is very normal and also 4,5 years i'm using my smartphone but thanks for the tips. Sometimes you have to pay attention to the people too walking around. Try doing this during the night on my other video. Too many people walking around. If i go next year again, i will look for a videocamera like a GoPro as an example but this wasn't my priority for making this.
One thing though: people come say hi to me too so i don't ignore them.

i think aerial drone footage can show the 14 stages and the true size of the event.
There are only a couple of stages absent. Watch again.

180k per weekend means 60k per day. I think the mainstage has around 40k people at peak hours.
it was 180k in the past. Now it's 200k. There is already 37k global journey and lot of peoples with camping for the whole festival. The place has been design to fit 75k (a day) in 2022. I don't know the exact capacity of the mainstage but in 2019 when "3 are legends" were closing the 15th anniversary, it was overloaded. The other stages were really empty... I would say around 30k...
If anyone wanna buy ticket for 2023 ask me :) :)
