I have the feeling that the tyre degredation-mod only affects you after the recent gamepatch. Having to go M-M-H, while everyone else is going for an easy M-S or S-M onestop is suspicious

You didnt really need to make that pit under caution, just cool those tires, pit on Lap 13 for hards and gag it.
