Remember the pundits on this channel saying Arsenal have a different mentality this season a few weeks ago? They weren't even top of the league yet at that point as I said at the time so it made no sense as you can't gage their mentality until they are in a position to achieve something. Too many of these pundits stealing a living.
Well they do have a better mentality, definitely from 2 years ago. They’ve had 2 games against tougher opponents in the last week where they didn’t have disasterclasses

@@1977Suspiria Did they not mess up in the first half by not taking their chances? That’s where the players need to take accountability and we have to recognise the short comings In areas still. They’re not good enough in enough areas still over a long period, maybe if they had Timber for most of the season that would’ve got them closer but they’re still lacking that gunman. Arsenal haven’t been able to revamp a squad like Pep could do when he arrived at City and he had a way better squad to work with.

@@1977Suspiria Are you an Arsenal fan? West Ham home, Villa away and Newcastle away. Those games especially show us we have a player issue. Spurs home and Villa home just the other day, those 2 games were less complete over 90 minutes but they had missed the opportunity to kill those games off in the first half and messed it up and ended up putting too much pressure on our own defence to keep goals out. I’m not gonna ignore these matches and you shouldn’t either, I’m not willing to get rid of a manager that’s been elite this season, that’s setting up our team up well and our players don’t have the quality in front of goal. There’s clear evidence, even people are who are Arteta out should be calling this out as he’s done his job this season.

Arteta got to a laughingstock of a club and turned it upside down. Now we're competing and being praised by every serious manager in football. It will come for us, it will come.

He never has a clear plan. He's not a lucid thinker/decision maker. You can see this based on the contracts he gives out to players he now doesn't trust. He brought Havertz basically insinuating he didnt know his best position. He talks about 45 different formations and constantly chops and changes his team. He rewards players who are faultering on the pitch by leaving them on. He brings the better plays off or punishes them by leaving them out the next team fixture.
That last question was so dumb, what a wasted opportunity!

Guardiola spent hundreds of millions every year and didn’t manage to win the Cl until last season when he picked up Harland and dropped his idea of not needing an actual Striker. The midfield lacked energy and composure, and Saka was left without any impact on the game. Bringing in Havertz to wander aimlessly around the pitch without posing a threat to anyone, except for costing a hefty £300,000 per week. All of this indicates that we're only building a team to sustain mediocrity. Get it together, Arteta, you're not running a theme park here.
