We went for cold water training swim in Cape Town as well as some behind the scenes action of an upcoming documentary we are busy filming when I had a bit of an accident while on set. Luckily no one got hurt.

Aw that puppy is so rambunctious, but sleeps so cute in the crook of your arm. My dog is like 14 years old I just asked her to stay with me until she is 22 and she was so tired she tapped my hand with her paw. 😢 you seem like you're having fun! That looks so fun, I don't like to swim but the water looks refreshing! Thats so interesting the buildings on either side. How beautiful.
