The lag effect still takes place, even if dow jones is topped and starts falling the effects won't straight away fall into btc maybe a 2 month gap unless dows has a HUGE candle wick downwards 20%+, S&P 500, can still push 7k before bear market or serious downsides.. Lmk whatcha think

@@zaldypage4082 just keep in mind when prices come down its not neccessary a good thing for the economy. Its more likely prices drop because majority of people cannot afford those prices. Companies lower prices to keep as many customers as possible to keep revenue up.

Only so much Yellen can do at the Treasury to sell more fresh bonds at these crazy high rates. They are going to rug pull the market, but the dumb retail investor will continue to buy the dip, as that;s what they've been conditioned to do - FED rate cuts are bad news for the stock market - look at historic charts and you'll see

@@hrodri55 not necessarily. But that will be a clue its coming. Best indicator is unemployment chart. You see that start to spike then you know crash is coming.
there is no absolute definition of a recession - for the vast majority of US citizens, it started a long time ago - for the contractors of the US government and their tech DARPA companies like FB, Google and Microsoft, there's no recession at all yet - For most SMEs, it also started a long time ago.
Those rings are amazing in predicting events. Is it possible that we avoided a Black swan the other day when Trump survived the attempted assassination on the Dow? I’m confused now on how markets will go if indeed that was meant to cause a Black swan on all markets.
There was a rotation out of big tech AI stocks that have created a monster in the market and a massive bubble - as the big money sold those over the last week or so, their proceeds went into a rotation of buying up the unloved Russell 2000 and other value, risk off dividend paying stocks, however that was just a temporary short squeeze and pump and dump scheme - with the trillions available from selling the big tech at the top - very soon there'll be a full rotation out of the US stock market
