tied up a few of your bead headed leeches but with a pink bead head … i can confirm Colorado trout luv em as well 😆… some lovely looking trout there at the Pennines fishery … that Blue trout looked very like a Steelhead … they look very silvery blue straight out of lake michigan … or fresh in the river … great video thanks for sharing your day 👍👍

Bob I've forgotten as I have so many and only know it's a floating, I will have to look at my purchase history, I think it's an airflow but not sure.
Mick what brand of floating fly line do you use, mine is never straight like yours is.😂

Hi mick what’s the best way to fish beaded nymphs ? Also what’s the best method for fussy fish rising? Seen quite a lot of people stripping dries , cheers
The beaded flies i fish 6 inch strips on a inter line, but if the area is deep i would let it sink as if its swimming and draw back slow and fast at different depths in that area. Dries i leave on the surface with the odd few twitches as if its alive, if a fish shows interest and is moving around it then just a very slow figure 8 to get it to take. Regards Mick

Hi I tied a few of the orange headed olive leach pattern with a slight difference, where the body is black i used olive fritz for the body and I had 22 Rainbows on the 9th May on Farmoor reservoir near oxford, so Mick give it a try and see if it works for you!!!!!
Our original ones had the fritz body, but they sold out and we went with a dark olive thread body, done some in a light olive as well. I still held back the fritz ones for the winter, Regards Mick
