Amakusa’s story is jacked up. I’m glad apart of him found peace in lifetime of service to the Lord. It ain’t easy being a missionary. A real missionary that is.
Amakusa is actually one of the few villains I feel sorry for. And here's hoping since SS2019's plot is after SSV but before SS1 we'll see the events that leads to Amakusa's resurrection as a monstrous villain.

I have to be honest with you I don't know much about the samurai shodown series or characters Origins but I like how you explain that the Samurai shodown series shares a few similarities with the history of Japan

The historical Amakusa Shirou was only about 16 at the time of his death, and was largely a figurehead for his father.
Nice, I subbed a few days ago after watching the history of SS 1+2, I've just finished watching this, very cool. CZcams has a serious lack of SamSho related vids so it's nice to see some good in depth videos about it. Here's hoping SS2019 is half decent, although it'll never look quite like this again.
