This is a step by step video of how to put a Kampa Motor Rally AIR Awning Up.
The awning used in the video is a Kampa Motor Rally Air Pro 330.
Ours didn’t go up like that! About a foot short. Air pro 330 s
We had to lower the mh awning to be able to peg the dometic down. Everything gets wet at night.
And yes - I DID measure height to floor before ordering 😖😖
Have you opened up the zips on the side of the awning to increase the height?

I have two questions please. When winding my awning back into the Fiamma cassette having attached the awning, the cassette does not fit into the housing. It takes someone to lift the awning whilst someone winds in the cassette to ensure it fits back into the housing properly. Any tips on what we are doing wrong? Second question is the awning leaks - first through the gap between the awning housing and the motorhome. We may have fixed this by fitting some plastic conduit (provided by Fiamma) and it also leaks through the awning itself. Is this normal and any thoughts on why this is happening. Any thoughts appreciated.
It sounds like you are doing everything properly, sometime the windout just needs the weight taking off it. So by lifting up the awning you are doing the right thing.
Hopefully the extra part from fiamma helps. You can also use some silicone sealant to stop the water coming down the back.
In terms of the awning, it’s worth taking photos of the leaking and if it is still in warranty contact the retailer you purchased it off to see if they can help. It may just be condensation but it might be an issue with the awning itself.
