I wanted to buy a 2-in-1 laptop last year but everyone advised me against it. Plus, they're significantly costlier than their "not touchscreen" counterparts. If I had the budget though, I would've definitely picked up a laptop like this.
I was looking forward to buy this machine but now i feel like it doesn't justifies its price when it comes to performance should look for another one now. I often flip the screen coz i binge watch a lot
Not at all. There's no dedicated GPU which would be the most critical requirement after a powerful CPU. Even the CPU in it is a lightweight core i7 (1255U) which is geared for balanced performance with less heat dissipation.
Something important about the i5 version that many people seem to overlook: it only has 8GB of RAM and you cannot upgrade it. I have one and it lags horribly when I open more than 10 tabs of chrome. So if you intend to buy it then always get the i7 version which has 16 gigs of RAM. Here in Vietnam the price difference between the 2 versions are around $210. I dont know about other countries but if you feel its still worth it then by all means buy it. But dont get the i5 version even if you think the price difference is too much
I love this laptop and its 2 in 1 feature i use this as a laptop for office use and i also love the back-light keyboard help me get (some) work done at night. Once i am done with a long day of office use i charge my laptop then 1 hour later i use it as a tablet and sit on the couch.
Hey good people, here is a tip for all of you who have this model. Proceed to Samsung settings, turn Dolby Atmos toggle on. That increases the sound by your laptop significantly.

Did I choose right? It was that or a MacBook Pro for $1599 but taxes and the fact that this folds to a tablet I feel like Im getting more bang for my buck! Please chime in!
I bought one just a month ago,and the screen cracked without any reason.Didnt bump it anywhere,or put any pressure on it..I dont even use the touchscreen,still it got cracked..I think its a major issue,a many are complaining about the same.

it's a great book, but a week after receiving it I already have hair-lined cracks in the screen... I handle this thing like a baby and don't understand how that could happen but I see it's a prevalent issue. Does anyone have a screen protector they can recommend for the 15.6"?
This really could have benefited from 16:10 but it’s more aesthetically pleasing that what it adds on a productive level. Outside of that I have to still give the battery a full day test but as of right now… I paid $699 at Best Buy today. What a steal for incredible screen quality, latest processor with 16GB of ram. Can beat an m1 mac while still being an x86 which can play my old school games like red alert 2 and such. I run light apps such as office and software to remote into machines. Battery life and portability are critical here. It’s just amazing that this is all had for $700. Dells XPS new redesigned 13 inch does look beautiful this is 90% of the same with pricing that puts it over the top. What more could you ask for. ***update on the battery. It’s basically false advertisements at 18 hours or anything over 8 hours. Doing work on Teams, Edge, remoting to servers which is mainly all internet traffic, kills this thing in 8 hours. While the computer was decent otherwise that’s unacceptable to be worse than half the advertised battery life. Went back to a Mac that actually gets 2 days of work out of it before dying.
I got the i7/16GB/512GB Galaxy Book2 360 today for $785 shipped from Samsung, before $100 back from Honey. For under $700, this thing has most everything I could need. The difference between the Book2 360 vs the Book2 360 Pro is pretty much just the processor, the spen, and the price. I just don't feel like it's worth the money to to me, to go from the i7-1255u to the i7-1260p.
Currently I will regret the Book 2 360. Why? Because I have to choose between a "nice to have" and FOOD/PETROL. So, no, this "laptop" is not meant for me. I have an old one that works perfectly

As a beginner in animation, sure, it'll work. But you could be a fast learner, and this won't take on complex animations for sure without getting slow or laggy. This is an over performing laptop for regular office use, so someone who buys it for office work only will be super thrilled with the performance. What you might need is an over performing laptop for professional work, so that when you work on it you're thrilled too. This is an average performing laptop for professional work, it'll sail you through it but it won't be thrilling.

Definitely louder and better. However, in terms of compatibility with iPhone, it depends on what kind of compatibility you looking for? You won't get link to windows and seamless file sharing right out of the box.. But you can use airdroid or snapdrop to enable file transfers from iphone to galaxy book. But galaxy book is no different than any other regular windows laptop. Whatever compatibility you'll get from a normal windows laptop and iPhone, is what you'll get with the galaxy book.

I just bought it at bestbuy for 899, i love it. i use all office apps, think or swim and metastock, all at the same time, its not loud, smaller thinner frame than my macbook, looks nice sleek minimalistic and tough in the graphite color, looks like aluminum but its not, however it has a quality feel/quality, and is sturdier than the non mac options ive seen

I regret. After one week of use , it stops working. After I gave it to support center they are saying, I dropped the laptop but I didn't. They changed the main board even it's not starting. During service they bend the back side cover , got scratches on top ... Within 1 week my 2k usd laptop looks shit and working terrible.. so disappointed

Chances are you will have multiple files open with multiple layers and you might have illustrator and Photoshop working together. You might need more RAM thank 16 GB and a slightly faster cpu clock than what you get here
best review of the Book2 360 non pro. amazing work. if this was 1920x1200 16:10 and 4 louder speakers, it would be a winner of a laptop.
You should look into the Lenovo yoga 9i or yoga slim 7 carbon.

I just bought it at bestbuy for 899, i love it. i use all office apps, think or swim and metastock, all at the same time, its not loud, smaller thinner frame than my macbook, looks nice sleek minimalistic and tough in the graphite color, looks like aluminum but its not, however it has a quality feel/quality, and is sturdier than the non mac options ive seen

I regret. After one week of use , it stops working. After I gave it to support center they are saying, I dropped the laptop but I didn't. They changed the main board even it's not starting. During service they bend the back side cover , got scratches on top ... Within 1 week my 2k usd laptop looks shit and working terrible.. so disappointed

I have a similiar question regarding that topic, but i cant seem to find an actual comparison between the 2 display brightnesses as i am afraid that when buying the pro 360 its not going to be bright enough to work outdoors.
@@samssams1619 i actually bought the pro 360. I think i did the right decision. I think the screen is really good, the shape much more optimized, and a perfect feel of thr keyboard

Chances are you will have multiple files open with multiple layers and you might have illustrator and Photoshop working together. You might need more RAM thank 16 GB and a slightly faster cpu clock than what you get here
