the reason why purple and yellow work together is because they are opposites on the color wheel and have the most contrast, so they make the other color stand out. Its also called complimentary colours.

@@abigaildietz8189 if at least one of them is muted, more on the greyish range then they'd probably work just fine for e.g. sage green and burgundy or emerald green and dusty rose. or it could work if you only add a small accessory of the other shade. but you're absolutely right it could go wrong really easily lol

Absolutely agree about colour and the beautiful uplifting power of colour blocking! I am Italian and we love colours, colour pairing and fun patterns! I don't dislike black, it is just that I personally find it a little bit boring - especially when it really is plain and comes in a fabric without texture.

Another mistake is adding more than 3 colors to one outfit! Sticking with just three colors for your whole outfit i think keep the look wayy classier, I used to make this mistake a lot because i love wearing all my favorite pieces at the same time but I realised that the 3 color only trick made me look wayy more fashionable and put together!

Interesting points as usual! I would argue though that it's impossible to make mistakes in fashion. Fashion is fashion, whatever you love and feel good in, do it! Wear it, embrace it, whatever others might think. No matter what trends are popular or how your friends dress. You do you! Fashion is supposed to be fun and an expression of who you are! Go crazy or conservative, look outrageous or smart, whatever it is you want to express. There's NO right or wrong 😃

Well-----When I dress, the ways I find are FUNNY and express who I am, I am definitely not dressed fashionable (for being a man at least!), so I find, that you should have used the word " dressing" instead of the word "fashion" .

For the first point: yellow and purple are actually complimentary colors 💜💛 so they have sth to do with each other so maybe to add to your point, when including two colors, make sure they are complimentary to ensure they go together xx great video!

I like the first tip on color matching, yellow and purple are so different but they were both pastel tone, muted color so it worked! Also agree on not buying too many similar items... (unless you like Steve Jobs style)

Having so elegant sweatsuits, it is easy for you to take sweatsuits further than the home casual training area. Mine are not that nicelooking. They never have been, though (at least the trouser parts as they were bought because of a broken leg).
