I would suggest a quarterly payment plan. You visit the customer 4x a year, you collect payment 4 times a year. Very low risk.

I think all pressure washing companies should have some type of membership/maintenance program for their cleints. You should never have to rely on new clients for your revenue stream, attacking your current customer base is where 50-60% of revenue should be coming from.

Get yourself a crm for invoicing and such, we recommend Housecall pro.
Pricing can very from state to state and project to project. Most pricing for residential starts at .14-.16 sq ft

Let's keep the math easy: 3 jobs a day @ 300 each = $900 a day times 20 days of work a month = $18,000. So, you can either make $18,000 for the month OR give your customers the option to break down their $300 bill over 12 months. If 100% of your customers elected to do that, you'd end up with $18,000 ÷ 12 months= $1,500 for the month in revenue. If you did the exact same amount of business each month ($18,000), it would take you 5 months of repeated and new business each and every month to get up to $18,000 per month of revenue. So, yes this payment option might be good to hold u over on mean months when business is down but theirs high risk in non-payment. Normally you collect a check for full balance when you are finished. Do you really want to give your customers 12 times a year to pay you or pay you on time when you have no collateral to recover for non payment? It's not like you're renting furniture or leasing a car where the car or furniture can be repossessed to recover your expenses. I'd instead suggest a contractual service plan where the customer signs up for repeated service and pays in full along the way. If you're working with $800,000 homes like you say you are, your customers don't need a payment plan.

Your missing the opportunity to lock in up to four jobs a year that you normally wouldn’t be able to ask for and you haven’t accounted for the money you save from not having to remarked to old clients and bring on potential new ones. It’s exponential growth. Everyone from plumbing companies to HVAC use subscription based or membership based business models so why wouldn’t it work here??

Like I said in my initial reply, go ahead and offer repeated services via a contract, just don't do the 12 month payment plan. Get your full payment for the service each time you are at their house.
