Yall, this stretch routine does work, but you have to do it for a longer time and perseverance is also important.( btw do these for warmup stretches, and then get some pillows and sit on your splits for 1 min) I don’t know if it would work for you, but it worked for me 😂💀

If you push yourself too far like that, you can easily get hurt and tear something. Please stay extra safe when trying this, and if you wanna get the splits, go find a more useful video please. Step 2 and 3 you need to do both legs even if your trying to do the splits in both ways as even as possible because you don’t want your other leg to have cramps or be bent
I am a gymnast and these are not the first steps and if you want to follow this routine then you have to do it for a pretty long time. Oh and you have to follow it and do it everyday. I am not telling anyone to do it or anything but if you want more advise I'll give it at 1K likes probably never but let's give it a try!
