You guys need to get expert help with the SCRIPT! The place is nice and all but it is so distracting to hear the awkward primary school sentences. "Look at this 8 seater dining area" (Shows the dining area) "Look at this bar area" (Shows the bar area) "Look at this study area" (Shows study area)... Why dont you tell us the specifics of the dining area and the bar instead? How wide is it and what are the furnishings and also highlight the fact that it is very near to the al fresco area instead of just saying "You can have al fresco dining too"? And how many times do you want ask "How perfect" something is?
Honestly for the commissions you guys are getting you should put more effort into showcasing the place.
