Centurion is part of Pretoria...the confusion comes from it being between the two cities which are in a way connected 🤣🤣( literally the land is built up from joburg all the way to Pretoria..it is hard to separate the two cities )

When you enter midstream, it feels like you entering a different world isolated from all the country's problems, i mean i can actually jog anytime of the day/night without worrying about getting mugged, plus in my opinion centurion is more mature than midrand in terms of residential areas, unfortunately midstream ridge is very pricey, however midstream meadows is still affordable barely since its new together with midlands

I work for government and live in an estate. I have been saving money for over 15 years, I bought the stand and two years down the line the I applied for home loan. Some people have social clubs to help each other build houses. Nice house are built every where in South Africa, even in rural areas.
Most of the homeowners here are specialist doctors (I know a black lady who's a neurosurgeon and her husband is also a specialist, some are Chartered Accountants and engineers. Top earning individuals basically
I'm glad they don't allow Tuscany style architecture in that neighborhood. As an Architect nothing disgusts me more than a Tuscany roof style architecture. They should be banned in all of South Africa.

Not in these estates, I live in one and I have no concern when my wife goes out to jog at night. Crime is an issue in SA but there are a lot more positives that are unfortunately overshadowed by the focus on crime.

Midstream is actually in Ekurhuleni, Olifantsfontein. They get their municipal bill from Ekurhuleni.
