How to grow sweet corn plant from seeds at home

I just place mine in the ground ..cover halfway with dirt..keep moist not wet..when plants about an inch you take whole corn up.. separate plants into individual pots..let grow till got roots and put in ground

И в чем тут выгода?Целый платок погрузить в воду а там растут всего лишь 10-20 семян в тт время как если их посадить отдельно то там 100-150 семян
