This is the most thoughtfully planned, beautifully crafted home ever. Two baths, a man cave, arches, laundry, mud room….I’m in awe. The area behind the lounge is genius. The cat area tucked away is brilliant. Every inch of space is well planned and serves a purpose. I’m simply in awe

I’m 66 years old and I have loved watching the evolution of tiny homes since their beginning. If there was an award for the most creative, beautiful and functional tiny home, this home would win it!!! This tiny home I could actually see a couple living happily in it! It brings me such joy and is such a beautiful masterpiece of art! ❤ Terri

@@silva7493 5000 to 400??? so dumb to go so extreme. and the int is too busy. no covered entry? too close to the cut they made for the bldg footprint for no reason. and what did they pay? $200k?? just the 2 of them are getting in each other's way. she says they have sewer? then they say they are waiting for septic. they went too small for no reason other than to make a point it seems. 600 would have been better and they could have made what they have much more livable space fixtures and at extra minimal cost. their "sitting room" and den are what? 10' x16' max together?? and their second level clg is 5' high??

This house has just about everything -2 bathrooms (with flush toilets!!!), real staircases - no ladders or lofts where you practically have to crawl around. I cannot believe it is only 400 feet with all of that; not to mention the view and the peaceful surroundings. I love all of your artwork.

Wow I’m so surprised at all the added features I’ve not seen in most tiny homes, the mud room is a great addition, the man cave out 2nd bedroom, the two full bathrooms including toilets and an exercise/wardrobe room not to mention the 3 levels to the home. What an amazing build, I love the story being the blue on your counter top and the arches make the space so beautiful. Congratulations this build is one in a million! Great job to Rob as well 🎉
I totally agree, but in fairness most tiny homes are not 40 feet long and 14 feet high. Love this stationary tiny home!

Wow! Yet another knock-out design for a tiny home! I love that the homeowners allowed the artisan free reign to incorporate his vision and abilities into their concept for their tiny home. Very "rich" looking with the dark and mellow wood finishes and the back-lit River Jordan feature in the kitchen countertop! 😊♥️

@@dawnpariseau4559 Well, to be fair, this custom home was designed by Carmen herself, who provided the plans and detailed notes on what she wanted to include in it. She really worked as a team with Rob, ITH's very talented woodworker, to create it. Randy was bowled over by the 'book' of instructions she sent along to help assure that everything they wanted would be included.

Randy needs to copy this design and offer it to people at ITH. This is by far, my favorite Tiny House that's ever been designed. It's perfection! Carmen - you did a beautiful job! And Rob, also - such an amazing talent! I absolutely love the Jordan River.
Big or Tiny, I believe this is one of the most beautiful houses I have EVER seen! The builder/carpenter is an artist! I think you will be wonderfully happy in this gorgeous home!
Wow i am very impressed. They managed to create a tiny home with a mudroom, utility room, 2 bathrooms, basement workout room, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms,an office and it flows without seeming cramped.
I am so mesmerized by the artistic talent “Bob” has shown throughout this tiny home. Every space was utilized. The basement was absolutely genius!! That closet! Other tiny homes do not have this kind of space. Thumbs up!! The Jordan River was so beautiful. Thanks for sharing!!

Please note that while Rob was the builder and had some fantastic ideas, the home was designed by the couple, Carmen, actually. She had everything measured out to exactly what space was needed. She knew exactly how much space was needed for the washer/dryer, the microwave... everything was measured out exactly how she wanted it. I saw another walk through with the owner of the company who built this home, and he explained how every inch was designed for the size of what would occupy it. She worked very closely with the builder.
Oh My!! This house is a stunner!!! At every turn another unexpected Surprise!! Mud room, den loft, Gorgeous Kitchen! Amazing arch architecture! Love counter! Large living room! But wait there’s more!! Office! Two bathrooms!! It goes on and on. A Utility room!! Size is not tiny
Wow, wow, wow!!! The best designed tiny house I’ve ever seen!! Can’t believe they have two bathrooms, multiple sleeping options, proper head room in every space, a mud room, a basement, and still so much storage and beauty!!!

Carmen & Bill your home is absolutely beautiful!! The design of each space is breathtaking. Having a mud /laundry room separated from the rest of the house is wonderful. Your kitchen OMG. I love the arch above and what Rob did on your counter top with the Nile River flowing through out. Rob is a very talented wood worker and Randy Jones is so lucky to have him , and of course the home owners. The staircase is so unique and beautiful too. I really like your upstairs work area, bathroom and bedroom area. Carmen you have beautiful taste and design abilities. Can’t wait to see the outside completed with a deck and landscaping. Randy Jones is doing everything he can to make YOU a home. He has a model for only $20,000, hard to believe. You can get off grid ready tiny homes. They have a line of beautiful Amish made tiny homes. There is something for everyone at incredible Tiny Homes. Nobody asked me to say this, I don't know Randy, I just know that if I was getting a tiny home, I would go to them.

I agree with your view on wood & its geain. So much natural Beauty in wood grain. That Jordan river inlay is So Beautiful

Every time I think it couldn't get any better, another tiny home comes up that blows me away and this one is it! Wow! The only, and I mean the only thing I would add is a skylight over the bedroom so I could look at the stars and moon at night. The Jordan River is flowing through the kitchen! So beautiful! And, the two-toned use of wood is just so in tune with the home. I love it!

I love custom homes with no clutter and well-thought-out designs. I could tell they used quality windows and the details are just beautiful. Their home actually has more space than many homes and I love the two-bathroom concept as well as the mud room. Just lovely and so unique and appealing!
I think the "no clutter" part comes from the fact that they only just moved there 3 days before the video was shot. :D

The plants are what really brings the place together
This is one of the most beautiful and coziest tiny homes I've ever seen. Most tiny homes, no matter how lovely, are not cozy. The couches are too shallow, narrow and hard. This tiny home has stunning arches, two bathrooms (!), washer/dryer, soft, comfortable couches, etc. I could see myself living here. 🥇🏆🥰🤗💝💖

@@janavenue650 - It's already a community there. They are apparently the first one in that "mountain" area. Incredible Tiny Homes has different sections with homes on them. I forgot all the names now, but one of them is the beach, too. Just look them up on CZcams, Randy and Amanda are always putting up videos to show their progress.

The PERFECT space. There is literally enough space for both of them to have some privacy and not be on top of each other. And, cherry on top, it's gorgeous!

This is such a beautiful home at only 400 square feet it sure seems bigger Randy and his crew and incredible tiny homes did a great job especially Rob he is a magician I hope they live a wonderful life on the mountain and have many happy years in their special tiny home
In a tiny home , the loft area is never a part of square footage. The guest bedroom, the reverse loft, the main bedroom, and the bathroom almost doubles the actual square footage.
@@robinhollenbeck367 even at 700 sq ft, that's still a lot of well thought out space. I've had larger sq footage apartments that were nowhere nearly as well thought out

I’ve loved the idea of tiny homes for a long time, but they always fell a little short of some necessities. This one literally has everything I would want. The mud room, the “man cave” area for guests, and two bathrooms. This is the first one I’ve seen where you don’t have to go down a ladder or steps to use the bathroom in the middle of the night😊 I’m also a crafter and the basement this one offers would be perfect as a craft area. Put this on a lake with a sunset view and I’d be all in. Thanks for sharing your lovely home and all the reasons behind your ideas. P.S… I also love the “no composting” toilets 😂

Wow! This is the first tiny home that absolutely knocked my socks off! I could so easily live in this tiny home. It's unique, glamorous, but yet rustic. They did great in allowing Rob use his design skills. If I am ever blessed to afford a tiny home, I am hiring Rob and moving to this tiny home base in Newport TN.

@@carmenb.4958 yes, I've seen Randy show them. They would be great for a studio. I just recently got my house paid off. The problem now is that it's getting to be too much to deal with. Maintenance & hiring people to do the work is sometimes a big pain.
