Way harder to overturn a conviction on appeal than it is to get the initial conviction. Get the conviction and then worry about appeals etc.

Failure to timely object does not preserve appeal. That’s what the judge was talking about. That’s why people have lawyers - and that is their job.

Even she wouldn't move the case along. I noticed she was a very controlling judge who often sanctioned litigants for violating her procedural standards. Even pro se litigants. At the end of the case, she would order a sanction hearing against you.

The details she spoke to are essential to counter defense arguments that the event never took place. If the defense had acknowledged the event took place the details would not be necessary. If defense dont like it then put the defendant on the stand.

By objecting to Daniel's improper testimony himself, Merchan proves he is conducting the trial properly and fairly, protecting tRUMP'S rights. The appellate court may agree and not grant a new trial or a mistrial. And tRUMP'S lawyers DIDN'T object. Merchan objected when they failed to do so. Makes the defense look bad.

Have you ever been on a jury? I have. Jurors are usually smart enough people. If anyone brings up the salacious details of Ms. Daniels’ testimony, one or more of the other jurors will very likely interrupt to say, “that’s irrelevant. Let’s get back to the actual charges we’re deciding on his guilt or non-guilt”. Because they want to get out of there! They don’t waste time with reality-tv level testimony.
That would be correct in an unbiased trial, there's a big chance all jurors are democrats and even if Jesus himself came to testify Trump was innocent they would still convict him because of their political beliefs. I have zero trust in that jury.

I've served on a jury before, this Jury will do the right thing. Its a very simple process i remember the court giving clear instructions on what we were to do. The only factors that we were to take in, was if the evidence proved a law was broken and to leave any personal feelngs out of it.
I was on a civil jury once, and as you said, they gave clear instructions on what we were deciding. Some jurors were deciding based on what they wanted to decide. I informed the court bailiff, and they took us back into the courtroom and the judge explained it again. We were out of there in an hour. I was glad I spoke up, and believe others would, too.
I just pray that the jury isn't afraid to convict Trump because they have seen what Trump has done to so many people and will continue to do until he is looked up

The classified stuff is a red herring. Ergo, one has to ask how this judge - unqualified and wet behind the ears - managed to delay the case for 10 months and it seems to have been put off indefinitely.
