I live in Northern Illinois not far from Chicago. We have all four seasons and I enjoy the weather. You just have to adapt to the weather and enjoy!!

I live in the south-my state is at the same latitude as Morocco. We have all four seasons, BUT our winters are relatively mild and our summers are hot and humid. Unfortunately my state is also in the part of Tornado Alley called Dixie Alley. We are also near the New Madrid fault line which means earthquakes- luckily they are minor and usually not even felt. edithdufoe853 is right- you adapt.

living in Maryland we definitively get all four seasons. the spring and fall are of course the best because it is almost a perfect temperature (70°F or 21°C), but we do get more rain during that time of year. end of summer into fall we can sometimes get hit with hurricanes which is the only extreme weather event we deal with. we have in the last few years during the summer months been increasingly getting more tornadoes though. during summer we can also get very hot, but never much above 100°F (37°C) it is the humidity that will get you. then during winter we can also get extremely cold never much in the negatives, but def. around 0°F (-17°C) and we get a decent amount of snow. like he said in the video no matter where you live in the US you will have to deal with something weather related. even though certain parts of California have perfect weather all year long they deal with earthquakes, mud slides and wild fires at some point during the year. so it is just a matter of what you are willing to deal with. hope this helps give some insight into the weather at least in the middle of the east coast of the US.
    xoxo
