This bike that you restored friend Comet does not have any junk. In my country Argentina, this bike is new. It does not have anything of old, nor less trash. In my country, bicycle parts are as expensive as car parts. I wish I could have a bike like the one you restored. Very good, and it was beautiful. Greetings

For me, it's very soothing watching how masterful you are with the tools & especially the painting. I have a question about your weighing the paints & primer before putting them in the air gun. nice job! the only things which I would have made different: using cable end crimps and changing the brake pads for something new. but either way: always better to service the existing parts on the bike rather then changing all of it, very nice.

When using a threaded rod w/ nuts and washers to press in the head set cups, it is soooo much easier to press them one at a time.

Paint, hardener, thinner, and a total of 100g can be used to paint one. Each step is about 100g.

Next time break the cassette down into its individual parts as it makes cleaning much easier. Same thing for thing for the chain-ring. Looks fabulous!
