I own the oldest agt vulcan bullpup and I am still very very happy with it. It's excellent quality, flawless shooting and very accurate. Newer versions make my mouth watering, but I resist buying... My old one is simply too good!
We might need Mrs. AAR to do the accuracy test from now on, she's higher level than a non-shooter, (is that what you called her Andy non-shooter😏)and I laugh when she gets tickled about hitting the bullseye. Great job on the vid.
After owning the shorter version of the vulcan 3 I can confirm that this rifle is exactly how Andy describes it to a T !! . I shot the 200 yard challenge at my local club the very 1st day I put pellets through it. I come 3rd out of the whole club (room for improvement😉) this was with a unleaded barrel . It's a laser and probably one of the best guns ever to be released. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Absolutely awesome airguns! No wonder they're a bit expensive. But they do deliver. Really like all the features. I'd though personally just go with an all black one.
These AGT guns are going to be pushing Fx / Daystate/ and Hw hard in the Airgun market place. The accuracy is spot on , and that’s number one of any gun. The engineering and finish is top notch. The stock design looks good, but the colour of the wood is not. Already going to buy one but I will have to change the wood work. Come on AGT, introduce a Laminate and a Black version and you won’t be able to make them fast enough.👍
Afte r watching this revue i went daft and bought the short version in 22 fac , i run my own pest control company and this bit of kit is awesome for work, its the best air rifle i have ever shot never mind owned, taken lots of bunnies well out at eighty plus yards, first night out with it 30 rats and 6 rabbits.

@@ineedvaccineitnice2152 I've had a Vulcan2 and know lots of people with AGT's, from Vulcans to Uragans to Vixens, they have all been superb and not one person has got a bad word to say about them. Believe it they are that good and I don't for one minute think his guns have had 'special treatment' because they are all like that.

A few notes from a Vulcan 3 700mm barrel owner. You won't need a moderator. This thing is quiet! Get the 500mm barrel otherwise it is pretty long and won't take advantage of the bullpup. This beast is accurate. Out of the box with a 6x24 Element Helix scope I made a total of 5 click adjustments to be on target. Pellet on pellet after that at 50 yards. 978 fps with 33.6 grain JSB MKII pellets.
Waiting for a re-issue of my FAC and had already 90% decided on one of these (22 long barrel). However if there is a ridiculous waiting list, I still like the look of the Uragan. Andy, you didn't mention about swapping around the pressure tube to get a bigger plenum, but I guess that will be in the FAC review. Wood stock looks great but I would still prefer grey plastic. Was expecting an email to say these are now in stock.
I remember you reviewing a HW100 pellet on pellet accuracy, I went out and bought one immediately with a top end scope, but never gelled with it’s feel! Thank goodness i didn’t part ex my Daystate, which is a pleasure to hold and and use. Keep up the good work.
Hello I am affraid you're making a mistake adding plenum and bottle capacities : in fact the plenum is a doser not a reservoir, it fills up once after each shooting preparing it's volume of air at the desired regulated pressure for the next shoot. And that's a good thing it works that way because if you where shooting a 120cc of plain pressure you would empty the total capacity in five shots.

Love the AGT rifles, my next gun will be the Uragan King in walnut as I just adore the design and sound it makes, or doesn’t make… I’m usually an FX shooter/fanboy but I do like to have that challenged. AGT are doing just that for me, and BSA to mention another with their amazing R10 range. That being said I do have another question to ask! Will you be doing a review of the FX Maverick or Impact M3 duel regulated. Yes there are many reviews out there but I would like to see what you think of it. I have owned one for a little under 12 months and love it, mine originally purchased in sub 12 and I converted it to FAC, which I feel has opened up the potential. Thank you for the Vulcan 3 video, very much enjoyed and if I could afford it, I’d own them all. 😊

Just brought my last airgun, much too expensive but i won't be buying another. I already had a few, 2x Daystate LR 90, 2x BSA super 10, Parker Hale Phoenix, all in .22. The new addition is a Steyr Hunting 5 Scout SA also.22 & so accurate because it doesn't chew up pellets, a new weihrauch moderator so, very quiet & a nice Helix 6 x 24 x 50. That's me, done!, this will deliver so much more that the others i have. Air rifles are getting far too expensive, my brand new BSA Airsporter in 1974 was £32 & do everything except fire 5 shots semi automatic!!
Couple of points to raise if I may? 1 - When doing pellet testing, do you wash your pellets beforehand? Is there any long term benefit to barrel "life" if you do so? 2 - Bugbear.... With all these high end rifles, especially the more synthetic stock models (not so much the wood furniture models) aimed at pest control, WHY don't manufacturers include integrated spare magazine storage? You're effectively forking out the same money as a cheap secondhand family car, you'd have thought the least they could do is design this feature into the stock/body of the rifle?

I just got one here in the USA. I also have a Uragan. The Vulcan 3 makes "ping" noise upon firing that may or may not be aggravating to you. It is a hammer noise most likely. It points better than and carries better than the Uragan. The trigger on mine is not as nice as the Uragan but my Uragan is not stock either. Someone allegedly worked on the power and maybe the trigger. Right this second, I like the Uragan better. I bought the Vulcan 3 in order to turn the plenum around in order to increase air capacity. I want in excess of a hundred shots when I go out so that I do not have to worry about running out of air. So I am thinking about selling the Vulcan 3 while it is still new. Anyone interested?
Excellent review Andy and an awesome Rifle for sure however IMHO for what it’s worth let down by an antiquated looking stock made in some ones shed…..come on AGT you can do better.
I prefer the V2, I used to like bottle rifles ,but now shot counts are higher because of better regulators I would rather have a cylinder sitting in the stock than a big bottle hanging off the front( I've had air wolf's ,r tens ,theoben mfrs,FX impact ) so I know what bottle guns feel like ,I'll take a gun that has a nicely designed cylinder that can give me 100 shots rather than what looks like a dive bottle giving 500 shots , but that's just my preference , buy what you like and ignore what negative things some people might say , it's you that's shooting the rifle .

So what is the difference in the Vulcan 3 vs the Uragan 2? Like why buy one over the other? I get they look slightly different in the stocks and maybe size/length (depending on what length Uragan you get) but other than that it looks like nearly the exact same gun. No one has really be able to explain this to me. Or they say "oh well the Vulcan has 3 less MOA length on the bottom rail as if that makes any one choose one over the other. Why are these two separate guns...
'Sorry about the wind'. Actually, no need to apologise, for me, it helps get me in the moment, we see the camera shake, we hear the wind, and we still see good performance, we know that rifle is doing well, and nature is being nature.
Note to buyers...whatever the texture is on the metal work..it dirtiest easy..eg dead skin......otherwise great rifle..also always lord magazine with barrel facing down..no jams.....

really? they ( Vulcan 3’s) are in stock at Vector Air, (depending upon your specific needs) .177’s, .22’s, synthetic and wooden stocks are all in stock, in sub 12 and FAC. Stay safe.
@AAROnair nope, not when I tried to buy. and as recently as last week, vector air only had .22 with a woodstock. I ordered mine through the rat works and it took 3 weeks to get to them and so far they are on track to have had it for another 3 weeks by the end of this week.
it's a good thing a fly didn't land in that target, without a doubt either you or Mrs. Aar could have easily take care of one with one of those awesome guns! 👍😉
A number of years ago I bought a 177 and a 22 version of the Stoeger suppressed air rifle in the US where I now live. In the UK I had a BSA Meteor for about 10ish years. I had no idea what foot poundage it was it was but iron sights I would take rabbit at 75yardsish. I have no idea what power the Stoegers are but I kept on having to get heavier pellets to quieten then down. The integral suppressor does work but to know this you have to put the gun under a bunch of pillows. Any ideas? I need it quiet because I shouldn’t be shooting them in the back garden- the law states I need to be 500ft from a habited dwelling even with a fudging big field butting up to the property line.
Is a longer barrel harder to shoot cos of the dwell time before it leaves the muzzle? gotta hold it steady that fraction of a section longer. My real question is is this noticeable?

Did you try slugs on shorter version if tried what was the results and which headsize was accurate

Totally agree - way too "traditional" for the gun. I'll wait until they do it in black or maybe a grey laminate
The Major brandes from CZ republic are great ... AGT, AirMaks, Taipan, Kalbrgun are all top end performers.

Especially if they ever decide to get with the game and use a male foster fittings to air up the gun.Fill probes are a deal breaker for me personally.
On my 22 springer is crazy accurate at 30 yards and will put lead on target at 100 yards

I got a Beeman silver Kodiak X2 from Walmart for like a hundred bucks and it's amazing especially for a budget gun

@AAROnair nope, not when I tried to buy. and as recently as last week, vector air only had .22 with a woodstock. I ordered mine through the rat works and it took 3 weeks to get to them and so far they are on track to have had it for another 3 weeks by the end of this week.

I have had two vulcans in 177 . beautiful finish and fit BUT nowhere near that accuracy . try before buy .

A number of years ago I bought a 177 and a 22 version of the Stoeger suppressed air rifle in the US where I now live. In the UK I had a BSA Meteor for about 10ish years. I had no idea what foot poundage it was it was but iron sights I would take rabbit at 75yardsish.
I have no idea what power the Stoegers are but I kept on having to get heavier pellets to quieten then down. The integral suppressor does work but to know this you have to put the gun under a bunch of pillows.
Any ideas?
I need it quiet because I shouldn’t be shooting them in the back garden- the law states I need to be 500ft from a habited dwelling even with a fudging big field butting up to the property line.
