No, 120 fov makes everyrhing smaller and look farther away. The only benefit is the wider view, but it actually makes it harder to hit targets in front of you because they look farther away.

For which ever the bottom one us at 120 fov it has that zoomed out effect to achieve the 120fov on the top its 120fov but when you look at the center it doesn't have that zoomed out effect
