It shows how paranoia can manipulate the mind making it more alert and eventually turning to madness...
As someone who has Paranoia and Auditory Hallucinations from birth (its a bad combo i know), I can say that is entirely true, and the more you feel tired, the worse it gets and the better its camouflaged since tired people tend to hallucinate visually.. i personally hate having it cuz when i game i keep my head on a swivel, i lock every door and window when im alone then i proceed to walk around with a knife, its terrible

@@ironicmedic3912 can you also hallucinate on what you hear because awhile ago I woke up in the middle of the night for no apparent reason so I waited for myself to get sleepy and as I was starting to fall asleep I heard a car park near my home then someone get of the car then the person started to bang on my door I was scared so I quickly hide under my covers for awhile then I decided to go hide in my closet but I couldn't get of my bed because I was starting to fall asleep and I was trying to fight it but it won then I woke up in the morning. I told my mom about the incident but she didn't hear banging on door and to this day I still don't know why that happen. Also I remember the car being red even though I didn't look out the window
@@loonamoon2811 i would say yes, but the fact of remembering it could be your subconscious playing tricks on you, making you remember things that didn't happen

Don't you hate it when you get that weird sense of feeling that someone is always behind you, stalking you, staring at your back, hiding in the shadows behind you, and you have to always look over your shoulder in both directions every 3 seconds, and then eventually it gets too much that you just have to press your back against a wall so you finally know that no one can be right behind you?

@@darragiraafet7754 Hello. I just want to mention that my comment never mentioned the word paranoia. I never said that the experience was literally paranoia, as there are mental disorders that I do not have the knowledge to directly compare this experience to. However, I don't know if you are aware, but my comment is literally a description of one of my panicked episodes when I was feeling quite anxious. What I typed and described wasn't something I made up randomly, but was an expression of what I have actually felt before.
@@darragiraafet7754 I also am quite aware that the panic was irrational. I knew no one was stalking me to hurt me, I completely knew that in the logical part of my mind. But my emotional part of my brain was overactive and responding with high signals of fear that made me, in a way, "paranoid".
@@sodapap4128 i just wanted to explain that being afraid of the dark (i read it in another comment) or feeling someone is behind you has nothing to do with the mental illness. Any human being fear some things. Thats normal we have to deal with it.
I have paranoia. I have problems with closing my eyes because of that. I have problems with falling asleep because of that. I have problems with being in the dark because of that. This song helps me so much, thank you.

I actually suffer from paranoia, and it can make you feel crazy a lot of times. Maybe it's why I only get about an hour of sleep, maybe it's why I can't go anywhere alone, maybe it's why I'm never alone, though it starts to make me feel like I want to be alone. Like I'm continuously being followed by a demon who takes control of me.
You are hypersensitive I guess, you need to be calm and concentrate on yourself, you can cure it if you teach yourself that no one’s following you and that world has good peoples as well
Someone very close to me actually suffers from it. This music can really describe his mental situation.

I know this is fairly old, but it's a pain I know well. And it's an illness not many understand... Constant responses of "But why??? Just don't be paranoid..." as if there's an on/off switch...
Bad Drew perhaps there is. The problem is that when you're paranoid, you have no idea how to turn it off.

Except they aren't leaving a comment like that. They're saying they have what the title of the song is, and thanking the artist for composing a piece that helps with their issue.

It definitely does give the sense of watching your back with a side note of impending doom. All in all, I think you bottled the emotion/sensation and dumped it on a piece of paper, then treated that Rorschach test as sheet music
