Please also show how to alter falling shoulders. Also sometimes readymade suits have armpit problem. I mean it fits well around bust, hip & shoulders but armpits area gets bumpy & looks bad. I hope you're getting what I'm trying to say.

Very helpful! I have shirt that I tried to make bigger by adding a rectangular panel on each side....but it was a mistake. Because of the shape of the top I should have added a triangular panel. Just like this! Thank you for your video 😄

Thanks I have a friend I buy old kameez from but she’s much smaller than I so I have to alter them all but they have such beautiful bead work it’s so worth it!☺️ but the arm is also challenging for me because I have large upper arms so I have to take the sleeve stitches all the way out or take them off completely!🙏🏽 so in that case I use the sleeve fabric for the side panel and just make new sleeves with a contrasting color fabric

Good idea.
I Hv little different difficulty.. Somehow d slit is long for my Kurti. Meaning D opening is wider and higher from sides of Kurti. Now want to cover more from sides. I hope I made u understand. 🙂. Can I use ur this technic to repair it. If yes do I need to cut till arms? bcoz rest fitting viz. Chest waist is proper.
If no.. Please suggest me other way.

thanks mam.......separate the sleeves from bodice by seam ripping join the required length of fabric on required areas...........like as u said sleeves and waist...........then like normal kurti joining join the sleeves and bodice............hope i clarified ur doubt...........anything else let me know...............good day
