Jason, I have been following your channel for 4 months now, I recently was hired ( 2 months in) as a senior superintendent and I believe the roles you’re explaining are very very similar in my opinion. Exceptional video. Critical to learn and thrive in the processes. Especially when you’re in the inspection., commissioning, and hand over phases of jobs. That’s where it become a nightmare if you are not ahead of the game. Love your videos. Keep doing what you do. You are one of the few people doing this right now.
