That is such a great planner. I want to use her yearly for 2024.
I really love watching other people plan.

I see myself using her yearly next year too, it’s so versatile!
I love watching people plan too, thanks for the encouragement! ☺️

I am using the front section as a symptom tracker, I was thinking it would be useful to see everything together to see if there are any patterns/correlations to be aware of. I love the idea of a sleep tracker, I am going to use that myself. Thanks for the inspiration, looking forward to seeing more of your PTD set ups. Hope you have a wonderful week ☺️

Ooh tell me more! Which front section are you using as the symptom tracker? And how? I love that idea!! So glad this was inspiring! I also use a sleep app that tracks my sleep at night called Sleep App so I can transfer that data into here.
Have a wonderful week as well! ❤️

The section you talk about at 1:27 there are nine grids which I have turned into columns, I have written the symptom I want to track at the top (eg. headache) and then draw a dot in the square that relates to the day and the symptom when it occurs. I think I will vary the size of the circles to signify how intense it was. So if you were tracking your monthly cycle a dot for light days and a larger circle for heavier ones. I hope that makes sense!

I loved this thanks for the inspiration. I’ve been using paper Tess’s b6 The yearly notebook, and I am absolutely loving it. Can’t figure out why there aren’t more videos on it and it’s not more popular because it’s fantastic! I’m thinking about buying the size You have and using it for a health tracker as well, I don’t wanna wait another year to start tracking. Great video thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much Penny! I’m so glad it was inspirational for you ❤️ I have the yearly too and am trying to figure out the best way to share content with it as it’s more my daily/functional. I’m loving both, she did such a wonderful job with these planners! Watching her video inspired me to get this weekly for my health tracking and I’m so glad I did!

Thank you so much for this! 👏🏼👏🏼I want to use this planner for health & medical stuff (i.e., tracking what I think are chronic conditions but what doctors say are *just* “Symptoms of Being A 50 Year Old Woman” 😒), but I am a teacher with no time and little energy (re: chronic condition) so it would have taken me months before I set it up. *But* your video has given me ideas & inspiration to get started tonight. 🙏👏🏼

Aw this comment made my day! I’m so glad this was helpful for you!! I’m sorry you’re dealing with chronic health issues. I’ve been there and also had doctors tell me “you’re a middle aged mom, you’re just depressed” 🤦🏼‍♀️ So I 100% get it. If you haven’t tried functional medicine, it’s a whole different world and it saved my life many years ago when traditional docs failed me (see above for one example.) Can’t wait to see what you do with your tracker! If you have an IG let me know your handle so I can follow along ☺️

For the 1st section I would use it for health appointments (yrly checkup, blood work, gyn, etc). I would add in a measurement/ weigh in day if those matter to you. Maybe meal plan days or special activities like run a race, do a 90 min. Class, etc

    • @sweetlikehoneyplans2728

What a brilliant way of tracking, I will definitely be using some of these for myself ❤ Also I think you should use the green planner for work but in a clear cover, cos then at least looking at the green will be pleasing even if work isn’t lol 😂😊

The Microperm is an alcohol based permanent marker, they tend to bleed through paper like crazy but are great for plastic (like transparent sticky notes) or otherwise difficult surfaces (a lot of washi or page flags). The Micron line is the "normal," water based equivalent - same tip, same body shape, but won't bleed like that. Uni PIN fineliners are great too, basically the same thing :)

  • @JustScribble

I know this is an old video but thought I’d comment anyways.
You definitely need to get blotter paper. It’s very helpful with Tomoe River paper. And you can use fountain pens, gel pens, ball point pens etc. NanamiPaper sells the best blotter paper but JetPens carries some too. But I would say I wouldn’t use the Microperm as a pen for daily writing. It’s a permanent pen that works on stickers and transparent post it notes. It’s really meant too that. I’m surprised it didn’t ghost and bleed thru worse actually.
But there’s a bunch of wonderful needle-tip super fine pen options. If you need more recommendations. I know you were getting some so you might have found a good one by m now.
Lots of good options for the year review/overview pages. You could use it for gratitude (but you are doing that in your weekly spread). You can use it for your mood, a memory a day, you can use it for your workouts. Or a full tracker of your weight-at end of the month go back and log it from your weeklies to see the whole year and you could even plot the delta/change. You can use it for habit tracking - either full set outside of what you are doing in you weekly or a master log of what you’ve tracked in your weekly. You can use it as a step tracker. I know I’ve got more ideas 💡 😝
On the monthly it would be great for a workout tracker. Or a meal planner for dinners to make mom life easier. It’s also great as a mood tracker with emotion stickers or write in your mood. Of my favorite is stickers or doodles that go with the month (like snowflakes for Jan, hearts for Feb, shamrocks for mar, etc) and color them in based on a mood color key you make for the month. You can use it for memory a day. Or a Bible verse or quote a day.

Oh my gosh I’m SO sorry I missed your comment for this long!! Thank you so much for all the feedback! I had never heard of blotter paper…how does that work? And yes I have ceased using the micro perm in there for sure lol it’s just for my transparent stickies now 😂
I am always down for more pen suggestions!
Thanks for all the idea for the year review/overview, those are all so great. And the suggestions for the monthly, wow! You are full of amazing thoughts and ideas, thank you so much for sharing!! ❤

Thank you so much! And yes, I have worked hard on my amount of “um’s” this past year based off feedback. These health tracker ones are really hard to talk through while I film, which is why I haven’t done a ton of them. I hope to share more this year and not say um so much!

What and where do you get your liver supplements?

    • @sweetlikehoneyplans2728

I was getting them from my current chiropractor at the time, but his office is a bit of a drive for me, so I’ll be switching to Paleo Valley’s Organ Complex instead! I have used their other products and they’re highly rated by many functional doctors so I trust them! Hope that helps ☺️ They usually have sales so if you start googling them, I’m sure the promos will start popping up in your FB or IG feed…just a tip to save some money! 😉

Thank you so much! The smaller rectangle ones are from an old sub box from Simply Gilded. You can get similar ones from Cloth and Paper! The hexagons are from Peach Pom (who is now Simple Paper Co,) and the 3x3 ones are from Rose Colored Daze. Hope that helps!! ❤
