    When you see milling marks in hardjaws... Just makes my heart warm as it happens to everyone in their carrer... Great to see that you have time for proper maintenance :)

    Good video on overhauling a vise. Just need to review the definitions of tension versus pressure.

    Great video, I got an old clunker Kurt with my mill that I should redo. I've got 40+ years and just recently milled a jaw...a high helix endmill pulled out of the collet :(

      Great video. But I think your lead screw is in backwards

      @@mikehazenbosch5791 it’s a much less common style- designed that way to reduce unnecessary reaching on the part of the operator when loading or unloading parts. Makes a lot of sense when you think about it, but there are benefits and drawbacks to every vise design.

      @@matter9 i understand your point. I don’t know if it makes a difference but this vise doesn’t come that way. It’s ground on that face for mounting. If you wanted to stand it up or on its side
